Frameworks of Life is a concept that I introduced in 2024.

Just like in Software Engineering, we interact with frameworks that were designed to naturally guide us on a daily basis.

I admit it seemed extremely counter-intuitive for me to share this ideology, simply because this should be a second nature to us, people.

Somehow our society as a whole lost the ability to turn to our inner selves and flourish.
